Newest Handel Architects Project in Boston

Millennium Place is coming to Boston’s Downtown Crossing, which was designed by the highly acclaimed firm, Handel Architects. Founded by Gary Handel 1994, the firm has grown to include more than a hundred architects, interior designers, planners and support staff in New York City, San Francisco, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi. Designed by Handel Architects Blake Middleton, Millennium Place will be a 15-story luxury residential tower made up of 256 residences, including 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom residences, and penthouses with terraces, ranging in size from approximately 780-square-feet to 2,500-square-feet.

Through its partnership with Millennium Partners, the international recognized luxury developer, the firm has developed philosophy that has changed skylines and neighborhood across the country. This new luxury residential building is the first of its kind in Boston: a unique community offering an unprecedented lifestyle, unmatched access and a central location amidst a neighborhood ripe with vibrancy, entertainment and culture. This shared philosophy between Handel Architects and Millennium Partners is set to bring a new living urbanism to Boston’s Downtown Crossing.
