Bringing Luxury To The City

Architecture, interior design and planning firm, Handel Architects, continue to change the urban landscape across the nation.

Their award-winning design for the Dream Downtown Hotel in New York City has brought the old building and a thriving neighborhood to life. Architects converted the space into a surreal hotel in the heart of Chelsea, preserving as much material from the original 1966 Maritime Union site.

Handel Architects have recently celebrated the “Topping Off” of the 15-story Millennium Place Boston luxury residences. The building is comprised of 256-units ranging in one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans,  9,700 square feet of ground floor retail and a 125-car underground parking garage.

Currently awaiting city approval is the Millennium Hollywood mixed-use development. Located on the famous intersection of Hollywood and Vine, the Millennium Hollywood Project will feature two residential buildings reaching heights up to 585 feet designed by Handel and a High Line-inspired public space by
